 Are you planning to pursue higher studies after your BSc IT, BCA, or BTech in IT? MSc IT or Master of Science in Information Technology is a post-graduate master's degree program for two years. The MSc IT course aims to provide a powerful blend of theoretical and practical knowledge on IT-related topics like computer systems, software development, programming, data mining, data analytics, etc.

Candidates pursuing the MSc IT program should have a Bachelor’s degree. It could be a BSc in IT, BSc in Computer Science, BCA, BE, or BTech in CS or IT from a recognized university. They must also score a minimum of 50% marks in graduation for eligibility to the course. 

Rabindranath Tagore University, or RNTU in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, offers a two-year MSc IT program. The Department of Computer Science and IT at RNTU provides this course for students to train them in practical skills and theoretical background in IT. 

The program focuses on training students in line with emerging IT trends. The course covers in-depth knowledge of software tools, programming methodologies, Internet techniques, networking and administration, multimedia, computer graphics, and Database Management Systems.
